New Item: Balloons

Balloon Feature Summary

• Epic rarity
• Comes with 20 deployable balloons.
• Allows the player to defy gravity by holding up to 6 balloons at a time.
• Can be found from floor loot, chests, Supply Drops, Supply Llamas, and Vending Machines.
• Can float to max build height
• Non-fatal fall damage.

Explosion Damage Change

Starting in v6.21, 25% of explosion damage will penetrate structures and the environment as long as they are within the area of effect. Remember to stay clear when using explosives!

Grappler Changes

When using the Grappler as a passenger, you will now travel in a straight line instead of an arc. The velocity of your vehicle will also now affect the force of the Grappler, but only if it will result in an increase in Grappler force.

We bid a temporary goodbye to the Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle, Guided Missile, and Dual Pistols as they go into the vault. In case you miss them, they will continue to be available in Playground Mode.

Glider Re-Deploy Mechanic Test Update

Glider re-deploy will continue to be available based on the results of the re-deploy test conducted during v6.20. In v6.21, Glider audio will take priority over weapon audio for certain ranges, implemented as a quality of life functionality.
